When using FREE you must take out the zero from the amount box as well.</p><h6 style="text-align: left;">Staff</h6><p>You may offer Staff training or you may need to show a staff member riding on a lesson such as a hack so use the STAFF option. When using STAFF you must take out the zero from the amount box as well.</p><h6 style="text-align: left;">Credit card</h6><p>A popular option for yards looking to leverage a customer buying power using plastic.</p><h6 style="text-align: left;">Invoice</h6><p>Some of your customers may be on a scheme whereby you INVOICE them at the end of the month or week and they settle up for all their lessons then. If they are then use the invoice type. At the relevant time you can run a Report in the system to show what riders have been given lessons with the invoice type. You can then add them to our Billing system to print off invoices for them and keep a more through record.</p><h6 style="text-align: left;">Voucher</h6><p>You may sell VOUCHERS as gifts for birthdays etc. If so use this type and effectively you are showing when it is redeemed.</p><h6 style="text-align: left;">Add to livery</h6><p>Another useful option for any of you providing lessons to LIVERY clients. Choose this option and add the amount owed.
