Please ensure that you review these terms each time you use the websites as you will be deemed to have accepted a variation if you continue to use the website after the variation has been posted.

3 Information about you and visits to our website

4 Access and use of the website

1. Access to our website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our website without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Stable Management cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information that you provide whilst visiting these websites.

8 General

1. These terms are not intended to confer any benefit on a third party under the provision of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
2. These terms shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with English law. The courts of England shall (except as set out in clause 8.3) have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or other matters arising there from.
3. For the exclusive benefit of Stable Management , we reserve the right to bring proceedings in the Courts of the country of residence of any user of the website.
4. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by any Court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions which shall continue to have full force and effect.
5. The failure by us to exercise any right or remedy under these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
