[section is_fullwidth=”” addcontainer=”container” margin=”” nopadding=”” grey=”” background_image=”” video=”” background_color=”” class=”” auto_generated=”” first_in_builder=”1″ _made_with_builder=”true”][row][column width=”1_1″ demo_text=”” demo_select=”” _made_with_builder=”true”][text_block text=”<p>Making more of your helpers and volunteers can reduce running costs for the business</p><p><strong>Utilising your clients to become helpers can help to reduce running costs but only if it is in your favour.</strong></p><p>I have worked with many centres who offer and exchange of work for<br />rides but their administration of it has often meant the volunteers<br />become disgruntled and ultimately the system collapses.</p><p>Our system involves logging the time worked by volunteers and then systematically deducting time when necessary.</p><p><strong>Assigning a client as a volunteer</strong></p><ol><li>Find the client in the View clients section and enter into their details page.</li><li>Near the top of the page is a tick box called Volunteers.
