On the phone, your client sees a a clear summary — the service, the location, the agreed price — and can sign with their finger. One tap confirms it.
The signature is saved against the visit record instantly, with a timestamp and the device’s IP address for audit purposes.
The system even handles the reality of rural yards. If you have no signal when the client signs, the signature is held securely on the device and syncs to the server automatically the moment you reconnect — whether that’s driving back through the village or getting home that evening. When you add your clients to the system, you setup a google pin for where they stable their horses.
Now when you add a booking, the system shows the pins in a map and you can see very quickly if the route you’re taking is logical and achievable.
From the map preview page, you can open the route in google maps, and it will setup a route for all of your visits, so you don’t have to go finding yards or individually navigating to them.
You can also see what the days total travel time is, along with times between each visit, so you can work out costs.
