Logging in
The system is secured behind a password system that stops unwanted access to the information.
The online version has additional security to stop access to the main login screen as well. This means staff can't gain access from home or from unregistered pcs.
Things to know:
- once a user logs in their details are logged against their actions
- each user has their own password so when they leave your employment you can disable their access
- you have an admin user type who sees more financial and business critical information
