Dealing with lessons  

We have proved it time and time again. If you have a room full of people you can manage your clients, taking money, future bookings and even adding accident reports so easily.

The system has been built and streamlined so that adding a client takes a matter of seconds, adding a lesson is done in 2 clicks and putting riders into lessons won't give you wrist ache. Add to that the repeat features allowing you to take a rider or entire lesson and move them forward to other dates and this really is a fast way of managing all aspects of lesson planning.

Like anything you need to use the software to appreciate what is possible, but because of its flexible workflow you will find ways of working that suit you.

Below we have show the 3 screens that you will come across in relation to lessons and then we have staged the adding of a lesson and riders and staff to it.

Also note that if you setup an entire days worth of lessons say for a tuesday, you can repeat the entire day less clients so this is a reuseable template that is a big time saver...
